Each week includes a live group call, short video lessons you can watch before or after the online group session, and simple daily practices designed for people who are already stretched thin.

I'm a coach, a multi-passionate creative, and lifelong learner living with ADHD — someone who came to the helping profession the long way around, and I brought every detour with me. 

I work with busy late-diagnosed parents, creatives, caregivers, and burnt out misfits because I've been where you are, and I know the way through looks different for everyone.
